Our team of caterers and chefs will create a bespoke menu for your party that is in budget but exceeds your expectations. Here are a few ideas that have proved very popular in the past.

Canape’s / buffet (from £1.50 per canape)

  • Mini Yorkshire pudding, rare roast fillet of beef and horseradish
  • Olive bruschetta with cream cheese, quail egg and red onion confit
  • Marinated Thai prawns with sweet chili sauce
  • Seared chicken satay with peanut sauce
  • Toasted brioche with foie gras and truffle
  • Roast red pepper and goat’s cheese, pesto crouton
  • Chicken and leek yakatori Fillet of lamb marinated in yoghurt & mint served on skewers with apricot and honey
  • Caribbean crab cake with tropical fruit salsa, chilli and coriander
  • Mini hamburgers in sesame buns with lettuce, tomatoes & relish
  • Peking duck pancakes with hoisin, cucumber & spring onions
