Greetings BL!
Sorry to clog up your email once again but it has come to my attention that a situation with halls has arisen. As some of you may be aware Dawson hall does still have vacancies and we have been asked whether law students from QM can be placed there due to an apparent lack of interest/applications from medical/dentists students. I have made it clear that there are a great number of medical students still in desperate need of accommodation and as such, i am of the view that if you still need accommodation you should apply. I have been asked however to let you know that these places are STILL however, only available to students who meet the criteria.
On a separate note If you have struggled to get accommodation and are still being turned away please email me your name and student id number, not for the purposes of securing halls, but so I have a record showing how many medical students still needed halls and to ensure this situation doesn’t arise again.
In other news SSLC (Student Staff Liason Committee) elections will be opening over the coming weeks so please start to think about whether you are interested in running for this post! Im attaching the application form.
