• Room booking needs to be made one week in advance: via email to info@qmsu.org or by completing a booking form at the reception.
• Room must be left in its original state, If any furniture are moved please put them back in the right order.
• Any mess needs to be cleared up before leaving the rooms: or you will be sent the bill of cleaning.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the room unless indicated on the booking form.
• BLSA reserve the right to cancel any booking without any further notice when and if required.

Facilities in BLSA

• Reception Hours: 10:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
• Dance Studio: Booking Hours: 9am-9pm Monday to Friday (Booking charge £2.00 an hour to cover administration cost for students and £6.00 an hour’s for external booking)
• Laird Hall: Laird Hall: Booking Hours: 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday (No Charge for Students, £10.00 an hour for external bookings)
• Meeting room: Booking Hours: 9am-9pm Monday to Friday (No Charge for students £10.00 an hour for external bookings)
• ITU Room & Recovery room: Opening hours 9am- 8pm Monday to Friday
• Griffin Bar: Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm - 2pm & 5pm - 11pm (2am on Wednesdays booking to be made with Matt Holmes Venue Manager)
• Coffee Clinic: Opening hours: 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
