Join us once again for one of Barts and The London's best known events. Help us raise lots of money for RAG by visiting each of the drinking establishments down Mile End Road in some ridiculous fancy dress costumes!
Starting from The Griff Inn we will head to Good Sams, LHT, The Blind Beggar, The White Heart, The Half Moon (Spoons), The Bancroft Arms (Trumans) and finish in an after party at Drapers.
Registration will begin in The Griff Inn at 1800. Entry will be £6 - all proceeds will go to RAG and this includes FREE entry into Drapers - last entry to Drapers will be at 2300. You will need both your student ID and your regular ID on the night.
Tickets will of course be available on the night but to avoid long queues you can buy your ticket online so that on the night you can join the FAST TRACK queue!
Prizes will be given to the team with the best costume and the team who complete the race first.
So get planning those costumes and start collecting all those vital cardboard boxes etc which you may need to make yours the best costume! We are hoping for some outrageous costumes this year, so get your thinking caps on and lets see who comes up with the most original ideas!!!
Also, we in no way encourage the consumption of large quantities of alcohol and you are advised to drink a non-alcoholic beverage in every other pub. Please remember that you are still dental/medical students and any disruptive behaviour can reflect badly on you as it can any other night. You will be asked to sign a behavioural contract on the night to say that we have made this clear to you and that you are responsible for any damage/disruption you cause. It’s never been a problem in the past but is a formality we have to do.
