The Alternative Hair show was first staged in 1983 and today it is one of the most exciting and sought after events in the international hairdressing calendar. QMSU Volunteers have the privilage of getting involved in the flagship London event each year. Through their roles as stewards and donation collectors volunteers contribute directly raising proceeds in excess of £8m, which are donated to Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research UK.
Join us in celebrating the artistry and creativity of hairdressing teams across the globe, whilst raising much need funding for charity.
