This 90 minute workshop focusses on practical strategies you help you manage exam stress. It’s natural to experience stress about exams – after all part of what you are being tested on is your ability to perform under stress! However, if you are feeling overwhelmed you may find attending this supporting and informative workshop beneficial.
This is an active workshop which involves working in pairs and smaller groups.
The session aims to be supportive and informative to help you develop better ways to manage stress.
We ask participants to complete a short feedback form at the end of the session.
