Cambridge is one of the most famous University cities in the world, a group of over 30 individual colleges with medieval buildings of stone, timber and brick, clad in ivy and built around quiet courtyards and cloisters.
The walking tour of this beautiful city will reveal many of its oldest colleges such as Emanuel, Corpus Christi, Trinity, St John's and also includes entry to the magnificent King's College with its impressive chapel. Other colleges outside of the walking tour can be seen during free time such as Christ's, Jesus and Magdalene.
During your free time in the afternoon there will be time for lunch and a chance to try punting on the river. If you aren't happy to operate the pole yourself you can hire someone to punt for you!! One other 'must see' is the outstanding Fitzwilliam Museum with free entrance and historic displays of antiquity on several floors.
