In celebration of Shrove Tuesday, pancake enthusiasts leg it down Dray Walk at The Old Truman Brewery near Brick Lane with a frying pan and slab of batter for a relay race with a difference.

Volunteer role: 

QMSU Volunteers are needed to help as stewards along the route on the day. You will be right in the centre of the action. 

This event run by Alternative Arts. The race is held in aid of London’s Air Ambulance (based at the Royal London Hospital).

Volunteers are needed from around 11:15am-1:30pm. 

All volunteers will receive a voucher for a hot pancake from the Creperie on site. Volunteers will gain experience in how a charity fundraising event is run and will be interacting with members of the public...while having fun!
