Any student who is at Queen Mary is able to join the club. We try and offer as many way to be involved with the club as possible:
We offer opportunities to play in 3 teams: 1st XV, for experience and competitive players looking for a challenge, 2nd XV, for new players or those looking to develop their skills, the 3rd team which allow new players to start playing the game in a safe environment.
Off the pitch we offer opportunities for members to gain coaching qualifications, become embedded in local schools and clubs and work towards being paid coaches. Our social calendar is packed and the envy of other clubs on a Wednesday night. Finally, we provide a network of students that are able to act as a point of contact with any questions new members may have, leading into the new set up OMRFC.

Come and meet our club members in our first social of the year.
Meet at 6.30pm on the 23rd of September in Drapers Square for a few drinks and a chance to ask current members questions and see what the social side to the club is like.

3rd XV: LUSL League.

This is ideal for students who want to purchase a gym membership - which is separate from a Club Sport subs - to improve and maintain peak physical fitness.
With every gym membership, you get a free 60 minute one-to-one session with trained instructors which includes:
- A personalised gym programme tailored to your own fitness goals;
- A full demonstration of exercise and techniques, and guidance on resistance machines;
- Information and advice on nutrition;
- A 60 minute review session every 6-8 weeks to re-evaluate and re-customise a new programme to avoid plateaus.
