Students' Union Receptionist
We are looking for hard working, enthusiastic, personable and highly motivated individuals to join our Students’ Union reception team. In this exciting role you will help run the Students’ Union receptions and buildings at Mile End and Whitechapel, promote the core services of the Students’ Union and support the delivery of key activities. We want you to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our students!
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about customer service and promoting the work of the Students’ Union.
Key aspects of this role include:
• Front-of-house reception duties
• Building and maintenance checks
• Room bookings and administration
• Finance procedures
• Customer Service

Please note: this role will start in full in September 2021, with an expectation to complete paid training over the summer. Only students who will be enrolled at Queen Mary University of London in the 2021-2022 academic year can apply for this role.
