To work as kitchen supervisor, keeping the kitchen running smoothly by make sure all kitchen procedures and processes are followed. To lead and support the kitchen brigade of kitchen assistants while on shift and report and issues to the venue chef. To understand and have a high knowledge of all the dishes on the menu including preparation & delivery. To have a clear understanding of health and hygiene regulation procedures of the kitchen and to assist the venues chef in the smooth operation of the kitchens. To positively represent the Students’ Union and its activities.

Please note: this role will start in full in September 2021, with an expectation to complete paid training over the summer. Only students who will be enrolled at Queen Mary University of London in the 2021-2022 academic year can apply for this role.
