This exciting Web Intern position will assist the Communications and Marketing department with upholding a student-centered approach to maintaining and developing the Students' Union website. This is an incredible opportunity for a student to join our team to work on a wide variety of projects that will help develop key skills that employers look for. The role is flexible with shifts working round your studies too!
The intern will be part of the Communications & Marketing team who are responsible for the Students’ Union’s brand, marketing, communications, website, social media, photography and videography. The team also supports other teams across the charitable and commercial services of the Students’ Union to deliver their communications and marketing needs.
The intern will focus on assisting with the development and maintenance of the Students’ Union website and membership and content management system (MSL). The intern will also support the delivery of effective communications and marketing campaigns for the Students’ Union to help drive student awareness, participation and engagement with its activities and services.
The internship is part-time, working approximately 12-15 hours per week in term time. Hours are flexible around your studies. During vacation periods some hours will be available, but will be agreed with the successful candidate once in post.
