The deadline to apply to hold your society event in the Great Hall is Wednesday, 21 November.
Will your society be holding a flagship event next semester, that needs a fabulous venue?The dates have now been released for Great Hall Bookings that are free for student groups.*
Complete this application form electronically and email to su-societies@qmul.ac.uk by Wednesday 21 November, CC'ing in the President and Treasurer of your society (if they are not the lead organiser). We will be looking for well thought out event proposals so we do advise taking time to carefully consider your event and your application.
Please make sure that you have read the information about the venues and its costs carefully and have completed the budget sheet at the end of this form.
*On the dates on offer room hire costs will be waived but there are others costs associated with using the Great Hall, which are non-negotiable. Please make sure the relevant costs are all included in your budget sheet.
