The National Union of Students (NUS) have organised a national demo for free education on Saturday 19 November. You can march with them in central London under the banner of United for Education for free, quality further and higher education which is accessible to all.
If you want to find out more about the changes being proposed for universities, our President Miranda Black will be giving a talk with UCU (the University and College Union) about the Higher Education Bill at 5.30 pm in Room 3.26, Bancroft Building on Wednesday 16 November.
QMSU will be making placards for the national demo in Blomeley 2, Students’ Union Hub on Friday 18 November from 2.30 to 6 pm – all materials will be provided, so come along to get involved and come with us to the demo!
