The Societies Excellence Awards are a brand new scheme that has been created to establish, develop and reward societies at QMSU. The Award will provide a detailed plan for societies to follow and develop in 8 key areas. Upon completion of each category, societies will be rewarded through additional Union support, resources and funding.
The Award consists of 8 sections. Within each category, there are 4 levels that can be completed; Recognition, Bronze, Silver and Gold. Societies will be assessed on:
- Engagement
- Participation
- Activity
- Community
- Committee
- Marketing
- Finance
