At Qmotion we base our training on scientific evidence, not the latest fitness industry fad, and we focus on helping our clients achieve long term sustainable results rather than offering a quick fix. Our aim is to educate people so they can make informed decisions about their exercise and lifestyle and have the confidence to eventually train independently.

What to Expect

Personal Training starts with a free consultation with a trainer where you will discuss what you would like to achieve and the realistic time frame and the level of commitment required for you to achieve your goals. Once you have decided to go ahead with the programme your Personal Trainer will perform any assessments or fitness tests relative to your goals to establish a baseline from which to measure progress. They will then design you an individualised training plan and advise you on any lifestyle and nutrition changes you need to make. During your training sessions your personal trainer will provide you with coaching and support to ensure you are exercising safely and at an appropriate intensity.

Whether or not you achieve your goals will depend largely on how consistent you are with you training and whether you can maintain an appropriate lifestyle and nutrition. One of the major benefits of seeing a Personal Trainer is that they will do their best to keep you focused on your goals and will motivate you when you are struggling.
