Legs, Bums & Tums

Bodyweight exercises focused on legs, butt, and abs.

 

Boxing fit

A high intensity interval training class based on boxing moves.


HIIT

Interval based full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts.

 

Pilates

A mind and body conditioning class aimed to strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups.

 

Yoga

A flowing synchronization of breathing and movement to promote a strong and flexible body.

 

Zumba

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves - Ditch the workout and join the party!
