Class Descriptions

Circuits

A combination of resistance and cardio stations working for a set time, an excellent all-round workout.

 

Cycle

Indoor cycling class providing an intense cardiovascular workout

 

Ladies Fit

A ladies only circuit class that takes place in the female gym using a combination of cardio and resistance class to work out all the major muscle groups.

 

Legs, Bums & Tums

A fabulous way to work the lower body, feel the burn in your legs, bottom and abs!

 

Pilates

A perfect mind and body conditioning class aimed to strengthen and stretch all the major muscle groups.

 

Yoga

This class concentrates on a flowing synchronization of breathing and movement to promote a strong and flexible body.

 

Zumba

The program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves - Ditch the workout and join the party!
