Some of your events may need cleaners, especially if you are expecting high numbers or having food during the event.
To book a cleaner, please email the relevant staff member at your campus:
*For events in Laird Hall only, cleaning will need to be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
For events in Laird Hall only, you will also need to book a steward. The cost is £12.95 per hour. Each booking will need to be for an additional 30 minutes before the event and half an hour after.
Example - Event 6pm-9pm - Stewarding needed 5:30pm-9:30pm - Total hours = 4 hours

We cannot guarantee stewards will be available as it is dependent on student-staff availability however with more notice, we may be able to confirm stewards earlier.
