Some of your events may need cleaners, especially if you are expecting high numbers or having food during the event.
To book a cleaner, please email the relevant staff member at your campus:
*For events in Laird Hall only, cleaning will need to be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
For events in Laird Hall only, you will also need to book stewarding and security. The cost is £31.55 per hour. This is to pay for 1 Security Staff (£19.20 an hour) plus a steward (£12.35 an hour). Each booking will need to be for an additional 30 minutes before the event and half an hour after.
Example: If an event is 18:00-21:00, stewarding would be required 17:30-21:30, making it total of 4 hours which will cost £126.20.

We cannot guarantee stewards will be available as it is dependent on student-staff availability however with more notice, we may be able to confirm stewards earlier.
