Rooms in the Students' Union Hub are free of charge to all Union affiliated societies, sports clubs, student media outlets and volunteering groups.

Students are responsible for ensuring that rooms are left tidy and in line with the room layout plan found in each room after a booking.

Additional AV equipment and cables are available from Students' Union Hub reception.
