What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is great way of getting back into exercise and to see results. With the workout mixed with Cardio, resistance and core stability you are sure to find a challenging yet satisfying workout. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, postural improvement, nutritional advice, and training for a sport/event - we have a trainer who can help. An initial consultation will take place first to outline the goals/health issues that the client may have. This assessment is free and is more of a meet and greet.
From this information, the trainer will arrange a time with the client to have their first paid session. All sessions must be paid before the session and can be paid at reception. The trainer will instruct the client for an hour and help push, motivate and get their body into tip top condition!
