What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is great way of getting back into exercise and to see results. With the workout mixed with Cardio, resistance and core stability you are sure to find a challenging yet satisfying workout. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, postural improvement, nutritional advice, and training for a sport/event - we have a trainer who can help. An initial consultation will take place first to outline the goals/health issues that the client may have. This assessment is free and is more of a meet and greet.

From this information, the trainer will arrange a time with the client to have their first paid session. All sessions must be paid before the session and can be paid at reception. The trainer will instruct the client for an hour and help push, motivate and get their body into tip top condition!

About me - Originally from Doncaster, I moved to London after spending 4 years in USA where I was on a Football scholarship in New York, Arizona and South Carolina. To keep active I currently play Semi professional football in London and I have a passion for challenging my own fitness and others too!

About me – I have always has a passion for fitness and health. From a young age I enjoyed playing various sports but found I excelled in Football. I previously played for West Ham United Women’s FC and it was here where I found the desire to become a fitness professional.

As a trainer I design effective workouts for people of all ages who are looking to improve any aspect of their fitness. All programs are progressive and structured to the individuals needs. Whether you’re looking to get into shape, lose weight, or improve your fitness level. From the first initial consultation I will continue to monitor and assess your progress, as well as providing encouragement and support.
