All activities take place on our Mile End campus. We are based in the Qmotion Health and Fitness Centre in Godward Square, with the majority of activities taking place in our sports hall. More detailed directions can be found here.

You do not have to register before the camp and can turn up and pay on the day. It must be noted that all of our camps have a strict maximum number of participants, so to ensure that your place is secured we advise that you register and pay prior to the camp.

There are a couple of different ways to register for our camps, however, the easiest is online on our registration page. If you are having trouble with this, you can alternatively complete the registration page of our Camp Brochure and send a cheque with the correct fee to the address listed on the back page of that brochure. We can alternatively take cash payments in person at the Qmotion Health and Fitness Centre.

We do not currently offer discounts for registering multiple children, however we do offer discounts to register children for multiple weeks of camp.

No. If you wish to take your child home early/drop them off late for any reason, that is absolutely fine. Please let us know if you are planning on doing this as it will allow us to plan our activities more effectively.

Definitely! Our activities are designed to be inclusive for players of all abilities. Whilst the activities delivered will have a sports focus, the main aim of our camps is for all participants to have fun and so children who are not experienced sports players are very welcome!

Absolutely! Whilst we provide activities for children mainly based in Tower Hamlets, our activities are open to any participant that fits the age requirements.

We are dedicated to supporting participants with disabilities and we actively engage with the QMSU equal opportunities policy to ensure inclusion of all our members in as many of our sessions as possible. If you are planning to register for a camp and have special requirements relating to a disability please let us know before the session and we will try our best to accommodate these.

All you need to bring is food and drink for the day! We have water fountains for participants to refill their bottles, however, we recommend bringing lunch and a few snacks. 6-8 hours of sport is a lot of activity!

All equipment is provided, just remember to ensure your child is wearing comfortable sports clothing.

Absolutely! We have the equipment to deliver up to 15 sports throughout the week. Whilst some of the sports may stay the same from camp to camp, we use different coaches to help deliver a range of activities and keep the camps engaging for all participants.

Whilst the majority of our activities will be delivered indoors, this is entirely dependent on the weather. Should we have good weather, we are able to use Carlton Square Gardens to the rear of the Qmotion building.

Please note that we are not able to provide refunds for any camp registrations. We are able to transfer registrations to other camps or days of the camp of an equivalent value, providing there are still spaces available. If you have any questions about this, please get in contact and we will respond as soon as we can.
