Volunteering Awards

The Volunteering Awards give you the opportunity to nominate yourself, other volunteers, volunteering groups and community partner organisations for awards to celebrate their achievements and contributions this year.

The winners and shortlist for the 2022/23 Volunteering Awards is as follows:




Group Awards

This section is a list of all the group awards we have available, please read through all of these and decide which group you think is most deserving of any of these awards.

Awarded to an outstanding volunteering group who have made a positive contribution in the local community and who have provided high-quality volunteering opportunities to students in the academic year 2022-23.

This will be awarded to a student group who has made a positive impact on the world around them through activities seeking to address global challenges such as environmental sustainability or climate change.

Individual Committee Member Awards

We also know that behind each student group, is a number of a committee members working hard to deliver their group alongside their studies and personal lives. To recognise this, we also have individual awards available:

This will be awarded to a committee member who has used critical and creative thinking to address challenges that their student group has faced this academic year.
