Code of conduct

The Students’ Union’s code of conduct concerns the disciplinary procedures that operate within our licensed premises, venues and events. This policy is intended to ensure consistency, transparency and fairness whilst protecting the reputation of the Students’ Union and its licensed premises.

When inside our venues, all individuals and groups must comply with our code of conduct.

When inside our venues, all individuals and groups must comply with our Code of Conduct. If you have received a red card then you may have been asked to leave as we believe you have breached this Code. Breaching the code of conduct can lead to suspension from Drapers Bar and Kitchen, the Griff Inn and other events until the matter is resolved. You must contact a Venue Manager within 24 hours to arrange a meeting, where you can explain yourself and discuss the issue with us. Failure to arrange a meeting, or further breaches, will result in continued suspension and the matter may be referred to the University. It may also result in suspension from QM/BL sports.
