Hi everyone! My name is Maryam and I am a first year Physician Associate student. I have been a student ambassador for Queen Mary University since 2017 and during those years I have developed strong communication, leadership and public speaking skills. I am a confident and outgoing person that is able to communicate and build rapport with both staff and students. As a student ambassador, I am fortunate to already know the university quite well. Additionally I am already familiar with the members of the Students Union. I thoroughly enjoy representing our amazing university to prospective students and now I am really excited to have the opportunity to represent my colleagues. For these reasons I believe I am a strong candidate for this position.
I am running for course representative on the Physician Associate Studies program as I am passionate about ensuring your opinions are heard and your ideas implemented in order to improve our learning experience and the learning experience of future students.
