1. I will liase with the clinical tutors with regards to the provision of supplementrary clinics solely for year 5. I will make sure year 5 students are given even more priority then before in terms of allocation of patients. For this I will be in constant contact with violet to make sure we are being prioritised and patients are being put aside for us.
2. As the current situation will mean we are less experienced, I will be looking to introduce voluntary evening clinics and possibly weekend clinics depending on availability.
3. I will liase with DFT trainers and organise seminars/webinars on areas of uncertainty regarding DFT.
4. In order to ensure everyone reaches requirements in all departments I will construct a spreadsheet to allow violet to distribute patients fairly.
