About Us
Antonita Nimalan and Samira Rahmanare currently first-year students studying Computer Science. We would love to be the EECS co-representatives for the upcoming year. We understand everyone feels alone and out of place in our current situation, so we genuinely want to ensure everyone feels heard and NOT FORGOTTEN.
Problems we face in EECS
- Past papers’ solutions still haven't been made available so we will push for this change (for the ones available in the "EECS exam archive" page).
- While all the other courses have a reading week, EECS students continue to have lessons as normal. Wedeservereading week too!
- Heard several complaints about the ITL on campus and we could revamp the place up so it’s more suitable as a working environment
What we hope to achieve
We hope to build a strong foundation in the Student Union so that we can achieve our goals alongside creating a close bond with the EECS cohort so that everyone feels they can come to us with any problem.
