Applying for the post of the Secretary (HSS), I understand all the roles and duties that come with this position. The role of the Secretary requires the candidate to be the core part of the organisation. As the secretary, I will promise to always be on time for the meetings and take the minutes correctly.?
I will also ensure that all the students are represented correctly and get all the answers on time regarding any uncertainty especially during these uncertain times.?
I will work in collaboration with the Vice President and will ensure all the administrative tasks are done correctly.?
