My Goals as Treasurer / External Affairs Officer:
- To expand the Dental Society Trade Fayres, and place a focus on "networking" in order to provide new and interesting opportunities for our students
- To add to the list of our societies sponsors
- To secure discounts for our students on our sponsor's products (e.g. loupes)
- To ensure smooth financial operation of the society
Why Should You Vote for Me?
I held the position of Treasurer for Barts and The London Cricket Club for the 2020/2021 year, where we won the BLSA "club of the year" award. As well as being responsible for the club's financial organization and working as a team player with other members of the committee, this role involved contacting and meeting with potential sponsors. I believe this shows I have the experience necessary for this role and that I am a trustworthy and responsible candidate.
