Hey everyone! My name is Charlotte and I’m a 2nd year medic running for promotions officer.
Why am I running for Promo officer?
Loving teddy bears may be one part, but I would love to continue to be a part of this wonderful body of students and the biggest volunteering group on campus! I believe Promo Officer will be a great opportunity for me to develop my liaison skills with helping to organise clinics and RLH drop ins, and be an integral part of the process to ensure smooth running of TBH. I can also help to showcase Teddy Bear Hospital through eye-catching designs and portray the wonderful achievements of TBH throughout the year. Volunteering is a great way to engage with the community and help to promote healthy habits from a young age in children. This aspect I find incredibly rewarding and I have thoroughly enjoyed during this year's clinics and events. I also enjoy working with others in a team and making a small but ultimately positive difference for young children.
I was one of the team leaders this year which gave me front-line experience of leading clinics, teaching children about healthcare, and visiting the schools, which was a really rewarding experience for me. This year I would love to take interest in another aspect of TBH and learn more about another perspective. In addition, I was creative director for ophthalmology society so I will be able to use my experiences on design, time management, and organisation to help TBH reach even more heights.
TBH has become a significant and integral aspect to my university life and I have enjoyed every aspect of being a part of it. I would love to continue this journey and continue to be a part of the teddy bear family! XD

I am someone driven and with great organisational skills, so you can trust that everything will be on time to effectively portray the experiences and events of TBH throughout the year. I am inspired and motivated by TBH’s motive and I think it is really rewarding to be a part of. Making a difference and working with young children is something I'm really passionate about and being a part of TBH has brought me so many good memories and learning messages. I believe I can help to contribute to the smooth running of TBH and contribute my ideas to improving the society even more. Lastly, I am someone easy-going and friendly, who loves to meet new people and connect with others to work together :)
