My love for Japanese culture started at a young age, and I have since immersed myself in its various facets, including art, video games, music, cuisine and anime/manga. I am excited to be traveling to Japan this summer to immerse myself in the culture and learn more about the country's rich history and traditions. I look forward to bringing back new insights and perspectives that I can share with the Japan Society and its members. Furthermore, I have had the experience of being committee in other societies. My experience has taught me the importance of financial management, transparency, and communication, especially when it comes to organizing events and programs.

I have dealt with the Student Union many times regarding finances so you can rely on me to make sure they aren't being lazy.
