My mission is to ensure that no sister ever feels alone or unsupported. I stand ready to offer a listening ear, a helping hand, and a safe place for anyone in need. I am passionate about advocating the invaluable teachings of the Ahlebait (a.s) to guide and support us through our journey and share these blessed teachings with others through key events.
Manifesto for ensuring Sisters' Safety and Well-being at Queen Mary's ABSOC:
As a dedicated advocate for the well-being of all sisters at Queen Mary's, my mission is clear: to ensure that every sister feels safe, protected, and supported throughout her journey on campus.
I am committed to organising positive well-being events tailored to the needs of our community. From Islamic teachings on stress managemenr and mindfulness workshops, these events will provide valuable resources and stratergies to navigate the challenges of university life.
University can be overwhelming, but no sister should feel alone in her struggles. I will serve as a trusted confidante and a safe haven for anyone in need of support or a listening ear. Whether facing academic pressure, personal challenges, or simply seeking guidance, I will be here to offer compassion, understanding, and encouragement.
Together, let us create a culture of care and compassion where every sister thrives. Let us build a community where safety, support, and positice mental well-being are not just ideal, but fundamental rights for all. Join me in this journey towards embracing the teachings of the Ahlebait (a.s) as a source of inspiration and guidance, guiding us towards a path of righteousness, enlightenment and inner peace.
