As VP of the Bar Society, I’ve worked on creating networking opportunities that will directly benefit members through more events with law firms and exclusive Mooting opportunities.
2. Inclusivity & Access:
Having worked across various societies, I know the importance of creating an inclusive environment. I will reduce membership fees to £10, making the society more accessible. Through my experience as VP of Lawyers Without Borders and VP of the Pakistan Society, I will ensure our events cater to diverse demographics, from Women in Law initiatives to specialized events for future advocates.
3. Mentoring & Support:
With my role as Treasurer of ADR and my involvement with the Legal Advice Centre, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of mentorship and professional guidance. I’ll introduce a tailored mentoring scheme, connecting members with alumni and industry professionals to ensure you receive the support needed to succeed in your legal journey.
