But beyond titles and policies — I’m kind, calm, and genuinely easy to approach. I stand beside people when they need guidance, support, or simply someone to listen. I believe leadership should feel human, not intimidating.
I’m also someone who doesn’t let stress run the room. I truly believe most problems are as small or as big as we decide to make them. Two months from now, we won’t even remember half the things we were losing sleep over. So my approach is simple: stay calm, enjoy the process, find the lesson, maybe laugh a little — and keep moving forward.
