COHERENT AI & ACADEMIC INTEGRITY POLICY

Faculty-wide clarity on ethical AI use, consistent misconduct procedures, and proportionate decisions that protect both innovation and fairness.

STRATEGIC EMPLOYABILITY FOR HSS

Discipline-specific employer engagement, stronger alumni networks, and clearer career pathways across Law, Policy, Business, Media, and the Arts. I will prioritise opportunities that connect degrees to careers.

WELLBEING & CULTURAL AWARENESS

Efficient mental health support, culturally informed services, and robust mitigation systems that protect student progression. I will make sure that support systems are accessible and responsive for all.

GOVERNANCE, POLICY & ACCOUNTABILITY

Evidence based Union policy, transparent decision making, termly forums, and clear reporting of outcomes to ensure visible and responsible representation.

STUDENT VOICE & FACULTY ENGAGEMENT

Stronger coordination with Course Representatives, structured consultation before major faculty decisions, and clear follow-up on raised concerns to ensure HSS students influence policy, not just respond to it.
