About this event

The Students' Union, Residences, Advice & Counselling and the Disability and Dyselexia Service have partnered with Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies to deliver a series of wellbeing workshops as part of our Study Well campaign.

Our first workshop on "Stress and Anxiety" aims to raise awareness of the common causes and symptoms of anxiety, as well as strategies to manage these symptoms. The session will then look at the link between anxiety and stress and top tips to manage stress.

For this session you will need to have an address or GP in Tower Hamlets, OR be living in Queen Mary residences. However, you do not need to be currently living at your Tower Hamlets address to take part.
