We will be joined by chef De'jaune in a guided online cooking class exploring Caribbean recipes, making jerk mango salmon with avocado and a Caribbean crumble. Recipes will be sent in advance once you've got your ticket and participants will be expected to buy their ingredients so that they're ready to log on and get stuck in to make something really tasty!
