SMD Halls Sports Day

Saturday 23 October 2021, 1pm - 4pm

Charterhouse Square Lawn
About this event

Residential Life is partnering with the QMSU Sport to bring residents their very own Campus Games Programme!

We will be hosting a number of events throughout the academic year that give students living in Queen Mary Halls the chance to play sports in a friendly and inclusive way with their fellow residents. It will be all about having loads of FUN, rather than competition, with activities selected based on feedback from former residents.

SMD Halls Sports Day

The first event of the Campus Games Programme is the SMD Halls Sports Day.  It's open to residents of Dawson Hall, Floyer House and Lindop House

Date: Saturday 23 October
Time: 1:00 – 4:00 pm

Free food and drink are provided, not only to participants but also to residents who come along as spectators! Residents will have the chance to play in a Rounders tournament or, if they’re looking for something more informal, just drop in for pick-up badminton, touch tennis and cornhole. Seating is available for spectators.
