Black History Month Game Night- Celebrating Culture Through Games

Wednesday 02 October 2024, 6pm - 8pm

Bancroft 1.15
About this event

Join us on October 2nd from 6-8pm in Bancroft 1.15 to kick off Black History Month with a night of fun, games, and community!

From Caribbean-style Dominoes, to Ludo, Ayo/Mancala, and your favourites like Uno and Jenga, we have a range of games that will allow you to unleash your competitive side whilst enjoying games popular in Black communities across the diaspora.  Plus, we will have refreshments on hand to keep you fuelled throughout the night.

There is limited capacity, so please grab your free ticket now to secure your spot! Bring your friends, or make some new ones on the night!

If you've missed out, there will be another game night later in the month so please look out for it on qmsu.org/events!

Keep an eye on qmsu.org/bhm to see our Black History Month Culture List and to find the other events we've got planned throughout the month!
