Looking to learn something new? As part of Movember, we are running a 90-minute Men’s Intro to Strength Training run by one of the Qmotion instructors. The session will cover an introduction to correct and safe lifting techniques, advice for future work outs and the opportunity to ask questions to a qualified coach in non-judgemental environment.
All income from tickets sales will serve as donations to be split between the Movember and Talk Club charities.
