In the midst of Climate Action Week, this restorative yoga session offers a calm, grounding space to release tension, reconnect with your body, and cultivate inner balance. Led by a trained instructor at Qmotion, the session focuses on gentle movement, deep breathing, and mindful rest. It is accessible to all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you are processing climate-related stress, seeking a moment of stillness, or simply looking to reset, this practice provides a supportive environment to restore energy and well-being. Mats and equipment will be provided.
