About this event

Craft, chat, and unwind while raising awareness of poor recycling and waste management systems and how everyday waste affects our environment. From blocked sewage systems to increased emissions from plastic and waste production, these issues combine with heavier rainfall driven by climate change to cause more frequent and intense flooding in Sylhet. Through creative crafts, the session invites reflection, conversation, and a shared sense of responsibility, turning small actions into meaningful awareness!

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of poor recycling and climate impacts in Sylhet whilst also being creative. They will leave feeling more informed, inspired to implement more DIY and hand-crafted materials are their household decorations.
