About this event

Science and policy both play a determining factor in technological advancements. This will be explored through short presentations for each speaker, followed by a short panel of question for the speakers and then an interactive Q&A. The speakers will have various backgrounds in renewable / green energy and policy, and will offer various insights on their industries and achieving net zero targets.

Participating students will gain a greater insight to how policy and technology affect one another, and the impact it has on achieving net zero targets. It opens up discussions on what impact policies have on science and how different industries and sectors can better work together to achieve net zero. There is also an opportunity to network with the speakers and learn about different career paths.
