This year trials will be taking place online. The first stage is a written test comprising 50 general knowledge questions, which will take place on Wednesday 4 November 2020. It will start at 12pm through to 2.00 pm, the online portal to complete the test will be open for the full period so you can turn up at any time provided that you finish the test by 1.45 pm. (You shouldn't need to spend more than about 25 minutes on the test so it can be completed during your lunch break)
Widening participation- we are aiming to receive interest and represent as broad a cross-section of students at Queen Mary as possible in terms of subject area studied, race, gender identity, sexuality, disability, faith and more. If you can identify additional ways in which we can support these aims in how we promote and run this event please get in touch.
The highest scorers in this written test will be invited to the second stage in the process, which will be an online test of speed on the buzzer in answering University Challenge starter questions. This will take place later the same day, between 6.00 pm and 7.00 pm.
Please complete the form above to receive more details- all QMUL students welcome. If you can’t make the trial dates we'll do our best to make alternative arrangements where possible, or if you would like more information, please contact Tom Stockton (email@example.com) or Samantha Howard (firstname.lastname@example.org)
