Hi everyone!

As you all may be aware, recently there has been a lot of talk revolving around our Prophet (p.b.u.h), and unsurprisingly, Muslims across the world have rushed to defend him (not that he was in need of this). 

We as Muslims love him more than our own parents, as irrational as this may seem at face-value. While it is easy to make premature presumptions of our dedication to a man who lived over 1400 years ago, surely it is more fitting for us, as aspiring academics, to learn the reasons behind this? Who was he? What did he believe in? How did he always remain optimistic despite having tribulations, persecution, and injustices against him throughout his life? And how was he, by the grace of God, able to heal a society trenched in nihilism within such a short space of time?
