Our first journal club for the year! ??

It is surrounding an editorial article about the struggles that menopausal women face in the clinical work environment, especially with COVID-19 requiring PPE to be worn creates a difficult environment.

This is a timely discussion following the rejection of menopause to be specifically recognised under the Equality Act 2010.

This session will be led by Dr Lesley Robson. We require everyone to have read the article in advance, and have some thoughts surrounding it.
