An interactive Zakat workshop hosted by Dr Sohail Hanif (CEO of NZF, National Zakat Foundation). This event is for anyone with a general interest in Islamic Finance and also for people looking to deepen their understanding of the 'Third Pillar of Islam' and how to apply it as students. Topics discussed will include:

How to calculate Zakat
Who should receive it
How to incorporate this into financial planning
The impact on social finance
How to contribute as students
