Get Active Meditation (Falun Dafa): 18th February noon - 1pm; Qmotion Active Studio; Discover inner peace and improved well-being through Falun Dafa, a spiritual practice of meditation and self-cultivation based on the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance. This class is free to attend.

Get Active Table Tennis: 18th February noon - 1pm; Qmotion Sports Hall; Serve up some fun at our drop-in table tennis session, where all skill levels can play, learn, and enjoy the game.

Climate Action Week: Create your own Dua Board with Sustainably Muslim x QM ISOC Sisters: 18th February 3pm - 5pm; Blomeley 1 - SU Hub; Join QM ISOC and Sustainably Muslim for a creative and reflective workshop where you'll design your own Dua Board—a beautiful, personal space to organize and visualize your prayers, goals, and intentions.
