About this event

BL ISOC host a lecture titled “Palestine Through Time” — an in-depth exploration of the Holy Land’s history from its ancient roots to the present day. This event seeks to explore Palestine by tracing its historical, cultural, and political evolution.

We are honoured to host two distinguished speakers: Dr. Ismail Patel, founder of Friends of Al-Aqsa (FOA), and Shamiul Joarder, Lead at Friends of Al-Aqsa. Together, they will provide unique insights into the historical context of the Palestinian struggle, the significance of Al-Aqsa, and the realities faced by Palestinians today.

This lecture aims to equip attendees with factual knowledge and a deeper understanding of the ongoing situation — empowering us to engage in meaningful conversations and advocate for justice with confidence and clarity.

Whether you are new to the topic or seeking to expand your understanding, this event promises to be informative, thought-provoking, and deeply relevant.
