About this event

Join us as we hear from some great neurodivergent and disabled PGR (research) students. This event features an inclusive, accessible, and series of talks, each from a different disabled and/or neurodivergent PGR, talking about their research or experiences of research, including a break for social networking over coffee (and cakes!) and plenty of time for discussion and questions between talks.

Everyone, including non-PGRs, are very welcome.

The event will include:

  • Abhishek Dhol: MRes Student at QM studying Human Rights Law with particular research focus on questions at the intersection of equality/antidiscrimination law and legal philosophy.
  • Emma Hayashibara: PhD Candidate at QM researching the overlap of Mental Health and Neurodivergence particularly within those from marginalised and minioritised backgrounds.
  • Tom O'Neill: PhD Candidate at University of York researching the safety of AI systems in healthcare.
