BL Minds x Disability History Month

Wednesday 10 December 2025, 10am - 6pm

Garrod Foyer, ground floor, Garrod Building, Whitechapel
About this event

1/4 people will experience a mental health issue this year.

Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge' is a community charity with a vision of a society where people with mental health and emotional needs are accepted and included without fear of stigma and discrimination. Being a local Mind, they understand our communities in East London and can tailor their services in response to local needs as they work towards their vision for this particular population and a society where people's needs and ambitions are well-supported.

We at BL MINDS share their belief that everyone has the right to access comprehensive services that enable them to reach their full potential and to work towards better mental health and recovery.

As we focus on mental health for Week 4 of Disability History Month, we're dedicating our fundraiser towards helping to boost and sustain this charity's amazing efforts in providing advice, support and advocacy widely within in our local area for those facing mental health challenges who need it the most.

All our proceeds and donations from the bake sale will go towards Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge. Anything you are kindly able to give would be greatly appreciated!

To donate through BL MINDS, please find our JustGiving page for this fundraiser here: https://www.justgiving.com/page/blmindsbakesale25
